I am a caregiver in Columbia, MD. It's a five star quality care company for the elderly with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. I absolutely love the elderly. I get so connected with them when they tell me a little about their life and for the ones who can't I just talk to them and still converse with them. I'm on a 3-11 shift but I also work 7-3. I assist with activities, getting dressed, changing, feeding, showers. I assist the ones who can stand to walk a couple steps from their wheelchair. I love my job but I want one on one care. I been employed since August there. I am also CPR and First Aid certified
