Hello! Thank you for your interest in me. I would first like to start off by saying that I had a special sister who was both physically and mentally disabled, unfortunately she passed away a few years ago. She was my world and from the moment she came into this world, (I was only 2 years old) I looked passed the wires and monitors and saw just my wonderful little sister. When she passed away I was heart broken and I was lost. I helped my mom take care of her growing up, it came very natural to me. Along with my sister, I have grown up with an uncle to is mentally challenged. I worked at a special needs camp as a one on one aide to a sweet boy with physical and mental disabilities. I also helped with the other kids at the camp as well. Right now I currently work as a caregiver to an elderly woman and I like to think caregiving comes very natural for me. I am kind, compassionate, and loving, all qualities I learned from my little sister. I hope to someday have a family of my own and if there are challenges to be faced, I will embrace and except them.
