I have had a passion for working with and for special needs children and adults for as long as I can remember. From a very small age, my grandmother, who has always had a love for special needs individuals, would bring around her Down's syndrome clients and introduce them to me. We would play games and bond, all the while without me knowing it, creating my own passion for these wonderful individuals. Growing up, I have worked with special needs people of all ages at church, school, and my own family. From that point on, I grew to love and understand more and more just what it means to love and care for people with special needs. I am now a second year college student, going to school for Occupational Therapy to help and love special needs individuals for the rest of my life.
