About Lauren

Hello! I'm on the search for a new family to work with! I'm located in Frederick. I'm open to considering full time or part time positions. I have been working in childcare for MANY years and love all ages! I prefer to be active and love visiting all the local libraries, parks, and other kid-friendly venues with my nanny children. I believe children learn best through play, thrive in nature, and benefit greatly from structure and boundaries implemented through positive discipline. I began working with children from a young age and received my bachelors in Early Childhood and Elementary Edu. I enjoyed being a stay at home mom while my children were little and now love to continue nurturing other families as a nanny. I am very active outdoors and love reading, art, and encouraging children to use their imaginations through play! If you want your child to receive lots of love, learn appropriate boundaries, and have a variety of fun experiences, then I would be a good fit for you.
