About Lauren

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, creative, and ambitious I like working with kids because they bring me joy and I think it is important for the younger generation should have a good support system. Kids are resilient and fun to be around. I'm looking for a job that is consistent and where I can make a difference. Not only in the lives of the kids but the family too. I started working with kids when I was about 16. I have babysat kids of all ages and have a lot of experience dealing with the different challenges of being a nanny. I currently serve as a 2-year-old leader at my church. In my spare time, I like to spend time at the beach and pool, spend time with friends and family, I love being outside and doing creative activities. One thing you should know about me is time management and communication is important to me and I am dependable. My skills include patience, compassion, and leadership.
