About Lauren

For the past 10 years I have been working with the special needs population. I have worked one on one with children ages 8 and up, and with young adults with special needs. I love my clients dearly but I'm looking for a change. I'd like to work with more typical children. I am an artist and love to incorporate my skills into the lives of the children I work with. I am a young 59-year-old and very active. I like to easy hike, play basketball, tennis, read and have good old fashioned fun! I am a firm believer in a less is more attitude and like to live a simple life while taking care of myself spiritually, physically and mentally. I am witty, kind, compassionate and creative. I would love the opportunity to work with a family like yours.
