I have 2 children on the spectrum so there are challenging behaviors. Lauren helped around the house, helped children with homework for online school and in person. She can give medications to kids, is confident reading labels for foods to check for allergies, is patient, kind, drove the children to appointments and counseling, and ran errands like grocery shopping, getting gas, cooking and cleaning. Hands done one of the best Nannies we've had! Lauren was with us for a little over a year before she left to go to college. She's fun, plays games with the kids, stays to the schedule given, talks and conversate's with the kids and is great with pets. We have a dog and 4 cats and she loves animals.
