About Lauren

Hello, my name is Lauren! I am a current college student with a passion for educating young minds! (I am currently up to date on my Adolescent CPR/First Aid) I have been a behavior technician working in Applied Behavior Analysis for about one year now. I work with children with autism, and I absolutely adore it! I come from a previous 6 year background as a lead teacher working in Early Childhood Education Facilities! I do have four years experience working with infants in an early childhood education setting, although I love all ages and think they each bring something unique to the table! Coming from a background in Early Childhood Education, working together with/communicating effectively with families is a must! I consider myself to take a very 'laid back' approach to most things, and always try to be as accommodating as possible to fit the individual needs of each family.
