About Lauren

I feel like I have been in Senior Care for my whole life. I cared for both my Great Grandmother and my Great Aunt at a young age and my grandmother in her final years. I have experience in bathing and personal hygiene care. I was a cosmetologist for 10 years so I can do their hair and nails, have experience in skin care, and hand and foot massage. I also have experience with meal prep, transportation, medication management, and housekeeping. You can trust that I will be present with the person I am caring for. I enjoy spending time with people and connecting with them. I think it is important for the person I am caring for to feel supported and know that I am there to help them, but also give them the space to continue to do the things for them self that they are still able to do.
