About Lauren

I'm a preschool teacher who loves kids! I have experience with outdoor education and I love to share my love of nature with my students. Although I have only been teaching for a little over a year, I have had many of my students tell me I'm their favorite teacher :') I graduated in 2020 with a BA In environmental studies. I started working with children while in school on the farm with Life Lab. And before my professional experience, I have years of experience tutoring middle schoolers in science Olympiad and summer camp counseling. I'm currently working with HAWKs taking kids on hiking adventures! I am a clown! I'd be so happy to make kids balloon animals, do art activities, play with bubbles, have picnics at the park, go on field trips to the zoo, natural history museum, etc. I can drive, just provide a car seat if needed! I am patient, loving, and a silly goose. I will prove to be a trustworthy, supportive caretaker and friend to your little ones.
