As first-time parents navigating the delicate balance of work and caring for our newborn, we were fortunate to have Laurel as an integral part of our journey for 4 months before our baby started daycare. From the moment she stepped into our home, her warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for children shone through. She cared for our baby, who was often fussy or going through different developmental changes, with great enthusiasm, smiles, and love, which made us feel so happy that baby was getting such caring attention. Laurel was incredibly reliable every day! She was always punctual, ensuring that our schedules were met and always gave us lots of notice if something had changed. Communication was another strength of Laurel's. She maintained open and transparent lines of communication, sharing updates, milestones, and any concerns promptly throughout the day. This transparent approach helped us stay connected and involved in our baby's daily experiences, even when we were both working. Laurel really helped us navigate this exciting and stressful time with our newborn, and she took amazing care of our little one :)
