Laura worked with our family for two years and is, hands down, the best nanny we’ve ever worked with. Laura is more than a caretaker, she is a partner in a child’s development, and was an absolutely critical member of our support system. She cared for our daughter like she was her own and was incredibly patient; she communicated everything from new skills our daughter was learning to observations that we should follow up on. Her advice was invaluable to us. We trusted Laura to take our daughter on outings to the farmers market, zoo, community center, library and museum, and we were always greeted with timely updates of what they were doing and best of all: tons of pictures on a daily basis. We never had to worry about our daughter being in front of the TV; Laura never used screens to pass the time. She talked and read to our daughter all day, and found countless ways to keep her engaged. Laura’s attention to detail extends beyond childcare and into other aspects to of household management. It wasn’t unusual for Laura to fold our laundry while our daughter was napping, loading the dishwasher while we were out on a date, or organizing our daughter’s drawers. She was so helpful that we’d even call her to help us with household organizing on days when our daughter was at daycare. She was super reliable, always punctual, and we could trust her with anything related to our child and home. Months later we still say: “We miss Laura”. You will not regret hiring her for your childcare and household management needs.
