I had a great phone interview with Laura and was excited to meet her in person. I called and confirmed with her the morning of the scheduled in person interview and then she never showed up and didn't respond to my texts or call to say why. I took time out of my busy schedule to meet her and was very disappointed that she did not show up. Very unimpressive, not responsible or reliable. She needs to do better and have the decency to let someone know she can't make it.
