About Laura

I'd describe my personality as sympathetic, understanding, and patient. I like working with kids because I grew up in aftercare programs where I looked up to elders as role models. I want to be a role model to children. I enjoy seeing children use their imagination and stimulating their creativity. I'm looking for a job that has some type of security and structured schedule. I started working with kids when I was in 5th grade. I babysat some of the neighborhood kids as well as volunteered at my local church during the summer and Sundays.
