About Laura

I'm very passionate about senior care, kind, caring, calm and very patient and empathetic. I'm able to provide both physical and emotional support to clients, help with meal preparation, medication reminders, bathing and dressing, bathroom assistance, companion care. I had a grandmother who lived with us growing up. She was paralyzed on one side, so my siblings and I helped to take care of her. I understand about taking care of seniors, especially having patience and a genuine concern for them. I also took care of my mom after work and weekends (my siblings and I would take turns) until she passed away in August of 2022. I recently retired after working for 30 years as a construction Laborer. I can provide a reference from my former employer regarding my work ethic and sense of responsibility including always being on time for work. I have a new, reliable vehicle and a clean driving record in case transportation is needed. Non smoker. I am very comfortable with animals.
