I wholeheartedly recommend Laura as an exceptional nanny, who entered our house to take full-time care of my 9mo old daughter and basically became a family. She was able to connect easily with my baby and establish bond and trust. She is very sweet, joyful, loving and kind and it shows up every day not only in her work but also in relationship with all people in my household (we also have an older 13 y/o boy). I see that our nanny spends time creating a nurturing environment for my daughter, offering her activities that are age appropriate, encouraging her to explore, getting stronger and more confident without a compromise to a regular schedule and perfect hygiene. They walk, sing, play games and learn. When we decided to embark on a nanny share, adding a boy of a similar age to our care arrangement, Laura adapted to the change seamlessly balancing the needs of both kids and equally showing them love and care. Our communication is also remarkable - everything is 100% transparent!
