At my last job, I watched after children and sometimes adults with special needs. We were required to assist with feeding, bathing, medication, changing, diapers, entertaining, and dealing with difficult behaviors i. e. aggression. I had a 1 on 1 match up to a 1 on 4. I am CPR and first aid certified. I was also trained to know what to do during times of seizures, strokes, and so on. I also have looked after a young girl who is 6 now for 3 years.
