Larissa, was very sweet and did a good job when she was with our dad. Unfortunately, she was not reliable. She cared for our elderly, deaf father for 2 months. During that time, there were multiple called offs and a no call/no show incident. Our dad was very upset and anxious when she never showed up. It was a fluke that we found out she hadn't shown up, because he had no way to contact us. She wouldn't respond to our text and multiple phone messages until almost 4 hours after her shift started. She didn't even feel that her actions warranted a phone call. She responded with a text stating she was sorry, she had forgotten she had to work. She said she wouldn't have been able to work anyway, because she was sick. Very disappointing.
