About Laqera

Hello Parent/Guardian! My name is LaQera ( La-Kera). I'm 24 years old, healthcare experience, born and raised in Fort Smith, high school graduate, aspiring entrepreneur and Nurse, self-proclaimed comedian and activist for the kids. I love balance in my life and everything I do, a solution maker, and problem solver. Logical and/or rational solutions are the key components for success and communication between ones self and others around. I believe I'm good with kids I consider myself engaging, patient, and a good listener. I have a 5-year-old myself, she's very outgoing , a sweetheart with a sassy side, communicative, and a social butterfly when it comes to other kids. She loves playing with other kids. That is why I think I would be a great fit for your family, & children. Making needed or wanted accommodations and communication is an important part of the caregiving industry. When working for a family I do prefer to care for the children in their comfort. I'm open!
