About Lanea

I was one of three primary care takers for all four of my grandparents for the final years of their life in till their very last breath. I felt so privileged to be able to care for them in such a capacity. Our elders have done so much for their kids and grandkids. It's our turn to pay it forward. As they get older and need help, it is hard for them to not be able to do things that they were once able to. Loosing that independence. These sweet individuals have so many great stories to share about their long beautiful life that they have lead. Burnout is also a real thing. You have spent so much time worrying about your parents/grandparents and caring for them while also trying to run and manage your own life, which doesn't stop because your loved one is aging. You need help and support. Let me give you that break and be a friend and companion to your parent/grandparent.
