About Lajess

I'd describe my personality as energetic, optimistic and driven. I have a lot of energy which can be focused on many things like my sport, little details that might be overlooked, and challenges I like working with kids because it makes an impact. Throughout my timeline working jobs I always struggled with feeling as if I was working towards no goal. With children, although the little things might appear mundane, all of the little things they learn are impactful. I'm looking for a job that allows a positive environment. A good fit with morals and outlook on life I feel helps. I started working with kids since a young age as I am one of the oldest out of my 8 siblings. Taking on a lot of responsibility at a young age although not always appreciated, allowed for me to understand different minds, at various stages of their lives and how to communicate with them. In my spare time, I like to play rugby. Discovering new places and experiences are very exciting for me.
