I have known Laina for almost 10 years. During this duration, I have had the satisfaction of seeing her in several different roles, from mother to friend, co-worker to student pursuing her degree. I believe that she is competent and experienced to take on the challenge as a caregiver. Laina exhibits patience, empathy and understanding. She is eccentric in the way she dresses and presents herself, but children seem to gravitate toward her unconventionalism. I have the highest confidence in her trustworthiness, judgment and maturity, and have always felt at ease in her presence.
