Laila was our nanny for about 6 months. Our experience was good overall except for the last couple weeks. Laila was very attentive, positive and kind with our daughter which I greatly appreciate, however some of the other child related tasks like cleaning up after our daughters meals/ tidying the play area /nursery were falling through the cracks. She is not very open to feedback. Unfortunately, Laila chose to resign without providing the agreed upon two weeks notice, leaving us in a challenging position to secure alternate childcare for the next day/ upcoming weeks. This was unexpected as there was no prior communication that things weren't a good fit on her end. Her unexpected and abrupt departure disrupted our family routine and left us feeling disappointed and inconvenienced.
