About Lafleur

I have been a nanny for 14+ exciting years and proud mom of 2 beautiful daughters. I delight in my job as a nanny and there's nothing more satisfying than to see the kids in my care go through the different fun stages as they grow. I also help them achieve important developmental milestones, and do my utmost best to foster a happy and healthy environment for a positive learning and exciting experience with me as their nanny. I also endeavor to build and maintain health work relationships with parents. I do believe that it's a gift, the special way I am able to connect with kids in my care, and I also give some credit to my amazing mom who is an Early Childhood Educator for 40+ years (in the Caribbean where I was born).
