About Lacy

I'd describe my personality as understanding, caring, patient I like working with kids because I grew up in a family of 6 sibling with 3 older than me and 3 younger and helped raise my younger siblings so I have lots of experience with the kiddos. I'm looking for a job that will fulfill me and I can build connections that'll last. I started working with kids when all my little siblings were born , my youngest sibling is 10 years younger than me so I've been able to see him grow up and deal with all of my siblings ages. One thing you should know about me is I'm very experienced in talking to kids in a way they'll understand. A lot of the time I feel like kids aren't understood and that's what they want so I do my best to make sure they feel heard. My skills include multitasking, time keeping, and compassion.
