I have two younger siblings that are 7-8 years younger than me so I've always been inclined to the big sister or secondary caretaker role. During one of my summers in high school, I worked as a teachers assistant at New England Day School in Danbury, CT. I was in a classroom of seven 1-2-year-olds for 40 hours a week and had so much fun! At Fordham, I joined Jumpstart which is a program that works with preschoolers to best prepare them for kindergarten. Most of my experience is with 1-5-year-olds and am comfortable with younger/older children as well!
