It is my great pleasure to recommend Kylie as a caregiver. She has long been caring for our now 2 year old son. Kylie is bright, reliable, and affectionate. She relates to our angel in such a delightful way, turning practically everything into a fun game. She speaks kindly to him even when he is difficult and he comes home with phrases such as "I understand that you're upset", "Wow, I'm so proud of you" or "You are so special" which lets us know that he hears it often and is spoken to with respect. She knows how to structure time well, but is also flexible. Although she works with him on his Shapes, colors, numbers, animals, so on...she functions like a home would. She cuddles the kids she watches and kisses boo-boo's, changes clothes and does hair, makes special treats and plans crafts... We feel fortunate to have had Kylie! We are convinced that our son owes much of his positive development to her sweet presence. Her approach to caring for Beau complements our parenting so well!
