About Kurt

I am a recent retiree with a full lifetime of relevant experiences. I have degrees in Anthropology and Linguistics. For 10 years I lived in Asia (China and Singapore) where I taught English and trained others to teach English. For three years I was an editor of an academic journal for English teachers in China and North America and also developed curriculum for English and Chinese. I have worked with young people from all over the world and have lived in six different countries on four continents. For the last 19 years I have been a mail carrier for the US Postal Service in Murfreesboro and formed very good relationships with many of my customers, especially children. I am easy to get along with, value integrity and love learning. My nickname at my last job was "the most interesting man in the world".
