She agreed to come two days for childcare for my son from 8am-5pm. She sent a message at 5am stating that she may have to watch her nephew but didn't think it would interfere with her 8am arrival. She never sent another message and didn't show up. It put my family in a very difficult spot. We own a restaurant and had to move the whole day around since Kristin can't commit to her agreements. I understand things do come up but her lack of communication was very disappointing.
