Kristin took the initiative to develop a Spanish Club for our MOMS Club children. The Spanish Club met consistently once a month to introduce the children and their caregivers to the Spanish language in a fun and rewarding fashion. Kristin s attention to detail and great planning created an environment that MOMS Club members could attend consistently and new MOMS Club members could enter with ease. Kristin could quickly adjust activities based on the new of the group with great flexibility. Kristin has a great amount of patience in handling a variety of children s personalities and in a variety of situations that children can present to a caretaker. I have never heard her raise her voice when presented situations that an average person may consider difficult. Kristin can command respect with simple reasoning and understanding by her example alone. I would highly recommend Kristin for any position she would apply for related to the education and care of children.
