I have been caregiving for 8 years. 3 of those years I spent in management. I have extensive knowledge on trasferring patients from bed to wheelchair using gait belts, hoyer lifts and sliding boards. I have worked at UAB for the past 10 years in the departments of Neurosurgery and Vascular Surgery. I have extensive knowledge with working with the elderly. I come with great references. I absolutely love my job with Comfort Care Home Health and do not plan to leave it. However, I would like to spend some of my off days helping others. If you are looking for a dependable, compassionate and trusting caregiver, I'd love to come set up an interview with you. I'm available on Saturday and Sunday every other weekend
