About Kristin

My name is Kristin, and I am a graduate student studying clinical psychology at Assumption University. However, most, if not all, of my work experience has been with children or caring for others. I have extensive experience working with children from my time at a non-profit childcare program for 10 years. During my time there, I serviced children from grades K-7 and acted as a lead teacher, a site coordinator, and, eventually, the director. Projects and learning activities were presented to children daily and were aligned with the MA core curriculum standards. They were offered hands-on art projects, physical activities such as organized games or free play outside, tooth brushing availability, daily snacks, and homework tutoring. I have also been working as an ABA technician for the past 7 years serving local families and their loved ones with autism spectrum disorder in their homes. I then teach daily living skills and alternative learning strategies for youth ages 5-22.
