About Kristi

My name is Kristi. I graduated from a State University with a B. A. in Child and Adolescent Development. I pursued this degree because I have spent many years working with children and it is one of my many passions. I have spent close to 13 years working with typical and atypical developing children. Once I graduated college, I worked as a Behavior Assistant with special needs children at a school in San Rafael. I worked in a classroom with children 6-8 years old and worked on behavior modification, teaching, social interactions, and fostering relationships. Also, I spent many years working for the City of Napa as a camp counselor and program leader in after school programs. Currently, I am working for the Marin County School District as a Para -educator. I am a very patient, fun, responsible, kind person. I enjoy doing crafts, cooking, being outdoors, playing board games, and always using my imagination to teach children in a creative manner.
