About Kristen

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, compassionate and energetic! I like working with children because I love to watch them grow & develop skills overtime and it's such a genuinely enjoyable field to work in! I started working with kids when I was 16. I went to a vocational school where I earned my teacher certification, stopped for several years, but returned as a teacher when I was 25. Since then, I have worked with ages from three months to five years! I love teaching, but I am interested in moving toward nannying because I feel as though I'd excel the most in one-on-one setting. That way I would have the ability to give all of my focus and attention to one or two children as opposed to many at a time! In my spare time, I like to learn languages, binge tv shows and occasionally enjoy a rich, story-based game here and there! My skills include multitasking, teaching motor skills and following daily schedules (with flexibility in case the schedule needs to be adjusted).
