About Kristen

Earning my education degree at Penn State University in 2012, I was required to participate in numerous professional experiences including classroom observations, professional workshops and development, and actual classroom experience with teaching and creating lesson plans for grades preschool through sixth grade. My teaching experience includes the following: 1st Grade Teacher (August 7, 2017 to Present), After-school Tutor K-5th Grade (August 2017 to Present), VPK Teacher (January 22, 2017 to July 28, 2017), Youth Librarian (September 2015 to January 2016), Youth Education Series Facilitator at Walt Disney World Resort (October 2013 to October 2014), Student Teacher (February 6, 2012 to April 27, 2012), Asst. Coordinator for Extended School Year (ESY) Program (July 5, 2011 to August 3, 2011).
