About Kristen

I'm currently employed with Bastrop ISD High School as a Lifeskills Paraprofessional. Prior to moving to the high school, I was with an elementary school for 3 years. During the summers I work at daycares or do personal babysitting. Im the oldest of 5 kids. I'd describe my personality as humorous, dependable, and flexible. I like working with kids because they always teach me something new. I'm looking for a job that brings me close with different families. Being someone that they can rely on & that the kid(s) see me as a safe place & can create lifelong memories. I started working with kids when I was growing up & saw the impact that people can have in your life. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my son or go on spontaneous adventures. One thing you should know about me is I'm very open minded so I'm able to adapt to my surroundings. My skills include communication skills, patient, & compassionate.
