Hi, I'm Kristen and I currently work as a live-out nanny for a family with 3 wonderful children. I am passionate about neurodiversity affirming practice, Conscious Discipline and Developmentally Appropriate Practice. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and training in various topics related to working with children. I have about 8 years of experience working with disabled and non-disabled children ages 2-17 in clinical settings, at schools, and through nannying. I truly enjoy spending time with children and helping them learn and grow! I am seeking a live-out nanny position, as I am currently living in Indianapolis with my husband and our dog. Kristen quickly became one of my child’s favorite people. She is sensitive to the unique strengths and support needs of every child she works with. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding neurodiversity affirming and trauma informed care. She is so fun and loving!
