About Kristen

Hi! My name is Kristen and I am a fourth-year student at UC Irvine, studying Biological Sciences. I am very hardworking, friendly, patient, and caring. I have 2 years of experience tutoring math to middle school students. In the past, when a student still did not understand a problem, I remained patient, explained the concept in a new approach, checked for understanding, and repeated if necessary. Additionally, my outstanding performance in math led me to be awarded a S. T. E. A. M. award in high school. I am also open to tutoring English, art, and science.
