I have always had a huge passion in caring for seniors and spending time with them. Throughout high school, I volunteered my time at a local nursing home, spending time with the seniors and helping out with the daily activities they had to offer. The past four years, I volunteered my time at a nearby Veterans Home in Texas. I would listen to their stories they wanted to share, spend time with each resident, help out in the activities area and I planned and organized their very first Veterans Day Ball. I have a huge place in my heart for seniors.
