I have known Kristen for several years, worked with her at Innovex when she was the Service Coordinator. Kristen's responsibilities were scheduling service techs, taking service calls, taking supply orders among many other responsibilities. She was easy to work with, always wanted to do the right thing. Kristen was interested in improving the work process to make the company more efficient. She truly cared for her job, her coworkers and of course the customers. I would recommend hiring of Kristen.
