Kristen cared for my dad for the better part of the year in 2017/18. My dad suffered from dementia along with other conditions most notable being Orthostatic Hypotension. Kristen was punctual, consistent and rarely asked for time off. She would engage my dad and encourage him with simple tasks and engaged him in conversation. My dad was very content in Kristen's care.
