About Kristal

I have close to 15 years of experience in Healthcare (11yrs in AL/MC) and looking to go from working facilities, to one on one care! I have experience in medication administration, assisting with ADLs, toileting, monitoring vitals, and have used many assistive devices throughout the years. I have successfully completed multiple college courses towards my ADN, as well as a few administrative courses! Besides a wide range of skills to assist in providing care, my most valuable asset is the compassion and empathy I have given each person I've cared for over the years-and my goal is to provide your loved one with a companionship-a "bonus family member"-while being mindful of your (and your loved one's) professional expectations, maintaining high quality care and giving you the peace of mind you need when relying on someone to care for your family member.
