Childcare for me is like customer service. I love taking care of children as much as elderly people, in my experience you have to give the child s attention, engage with them, teach them, and show them love. The child is your customer you have to treat them and take are of them accordingly, not because they re means you should treat them bad, disrespect them and not care for their needs! Care for them with your whole heart because let s face it in the corporate world you ll deal with customers who are annoying seem as children but there s always a reason why everyone acts a certain way and there s definitely a solution for every problem. Be kind in every situation and use reasoning skills and communication mixed with proper body language and the right tone of voice.
