About Kiya

Kiya began helping our family in the Fall of 2020 when our kids were 2 and 3 years old. The kids immediately fell in love with her, and we truly couldn't be happier with everything Kiya has done for our family. She was incredibly patient, kind, understanding, loving, caring, and engaged with our children, spending as much time outside as possible - playing in the woods, visiting playgrounds and outdoor library story times, going on walks, etc. She also helped them with schoolwork and really helped supplement their learning by going through workbooks and flashcards with them. Along with childcare, Kiya helped us with housecleaning, meal prep and pet care (we have dogs, cats, chickens, horses, and fish). She was a big help with keeping the house clean and tidy and also worked with the kids to help them learn to clean up after themselves (along with other good manners/behaviors). Since meeting Kiya, it truly feels like she is part of our family now. She is so much more than your regular nanny, and any family she helps would be super lucky to have her.
