Kionda cannot communicate well. She did not notify us in a timely manner if she was going to be late or can't make it - she'd tell us after her shift started. She failed to pay her phone bill & didn't tell us, so we couldn't get in touch with her while she was watching my 81 year old grandmother... She spent her time laying on our couch scrolling on her phone though.... When we let her go after about a week & a half, she made no comment on why we were letting her go, she just wanted to be paid - which really shows how much she cared to begin with. Would not recommend hiring her.
