20 plus years of experience in health care settings including senior living communities and working with individuals who have developmental and physical challenges. Experienced in direct care and leadership of care teams which included facilitating state training care curriculums. I am currently licensed as an Illinois Nursing Home Administrator with Executive Director experience. I have over 7 plus years' experience providing direct care and support to seniors in their homes and in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. I truly enjoy working one on one with individuals. I am seeking to make a difference and enjoy my health care profession while having a balanced home and work life. I am seeking a full-time, consistent position. I am open to part-time as well.
