Absolutely terrible experience with Kimberly. She confirmed the appointment and everything was set to go. On the day of the appointment I sent a friendly reminder text and she said she was not going to come and cancelled. It would've nice to have been notified days prior to make proper arrangements. This would've been a no show if I didn't reach out and would've been waiting around, this caused a major headache and inconvenience due to other scheduled appointments. Appreciate it.
