I talked with Kimberly on the phone - we talked about care for our mother - everything sounded good. We set-up a date/time for her to come to our house and meet everyone and talk some more. Kimberly confirmed the interview date and time. Kimberly didn't show up, she never let us know she was not coming - NO CALL - NO SHOW. I took an afternoon off of work to meet with Kimberly. Very inconsiderate and rude really. Elder care is difficult enough, dealing with someone like this just adds to the stress. Kimberly is a waste of time. I should have paid more attention to the other review where she also did not show-up!.
