About Kimberly

Hello! My name is Kimberly. I have 10+ years of paid professional experience as a nanny and early childhood educator and 20 years as a mother of 2. My BA is in English. Additionally, I earned 30 credits in Early Childhood Education to become Director certified and directed a large childcare center. More recently, at Argosy, Sarasota, I earned 30 credits towards an MA in School Counseling. At Gertrude B Nielsen Childcare and Learning Center, in Northbrook, Illinois, I learned to practice the RIE Principles and follow the teachings of Magda Gerber and Reggio Emilia as an Infant Educarer. Later, I worked as Lead Teacher in the Early Head Start program at the Infant Welfare Society in Evanston, Illinois, where I learned to understand and practice consistent quality care in early childhood development. I'm extremely punctual, honest, and reliable!
