I enjoy puzzles and am a certified chair exercise instructor. I can drive to appointments, help with cleaning, shopping and medication. For homebound seniors I have experience moving from bed to wheelchair and back.. I am able to feed, change adult diapers, bathe and prepare meals as needed. I am efficient, clean, modest and have a contagious smile and a positive outlook. I love love listening to old jazz records am not a couch potato whatsoever. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, gardening and dancing. Reliable Transportation.
